E-Health Resources is a diverse firm that will draw on the talents and skills on its four founders to instill a dedicated, knowledgeable, practical, and experienced team. Designated roles and responsibilities on each member of the team will be discussed in addition to how each skill align’s with the company’s goals. The education of each member also plays an integral part in building a sound foundation of our business endeavor.
JP Part
Management Information Systems makes life easier for everyday organizations especially large organizations such as hospitals, clinics, and other medical industry related companies. It is very helpful in managing the databases and transferring secure medical information. The Information Technology Department involves the usage of servers, computers, cryptography, and database management systems. Other people needed in this department are Database Administrators, System Administrators, and IT Manager.
JP Urquidez’s role will be Chief Information Officer of Management Information Systems and Security. It will be his responsibility to ensure that the system’s are secure by staying up to date with encryption. He will also be responsible for monitoring networks, technical support, and maintaining the company website. Another concern is the appearance of the website, It is important that the appearance of the website reflects the company values and the team’s concept. This is going to be accomplished by colors, pictures, video demonstrations, contact information, and FAQ’s. In addition, JP will be responsible for hiring, managing, and training all IT Staff who will be technical consultants to a diverse group of clients in the medical field.
