MATERIALS HAZARD PROCEDURE FOR USE DISPOSAL METHOD
Oxygen (welding gas in cylinders) (O2). It is a flammable substance store in cylinder at about 230 bar pressure. HEALTH FIRE Wear personal protective equipment , welding gloves, welding goggles, or face shield that have at least No 4 filter lens, steel toed footwear, leather apron and all necessary safety equipment.
Check all the connection for leaking gasses and hose before starting welding.
Use spark ignite and light quickly.
Set correct pressure with Nozzle tip that match the metal. Clean the parts to be welded to remove any oil, rust, or other contaminants.
Use a protective cutting to protect people around from get eyes effect or metal fume fever. Provide a sing for people around to know that welding is in progress.

Oxygen can be disposed to atmosphere in a well ventilated place. It should not be discharged into any place where its accumulation could be dangerous
Too much of inhaling can affect the brain, it can also cause disyness. Cylinder shall not be dropped or struck or to hit each other
Chain cylinders in an upright position to a wall or provided trolley.
Never use any grease or oil in all welding equipment for fittings; it might ignite spontaneously when in contact with oxygen.
Cylinder shall be kept away from welding or any hot slag or sparks, or any explosive or flammable materials.
Do not smoke or allow anyone near the oxygen gas welder, if there is any leakage it might cause a fire or explosion.
