Duty Performance: Your overall duty performance for the month of July has been outstanding. Immediately after coming back from summer leave, our company was expected to hit the ground running and begin our tank services. And as expected, you made it possible for our platoon to remain in schedule for our hull services, despite some unexpected delays. Although you have been showing that you can maintain an outstanding work ethic, you were given a negative counseling this month. On 22 July 13 you failed to report to your first line supervisor of your arrival to a safety briefing prior to your paintball outing the following morning. As a result you were counseled for your actions and told that from now on you are required to arrive to each formation, as well...
