Job Description
Work with peers and business partners to identify and resolve IT Security related issues.
Assist with the implementation and integration of IT Security initiatives.
Facilitate the provisioning and deprovisioning of access to IT resources.
Maintain appropriate documentation (e.g. required credentials, training, approvals, etc...) related to access and rights within applications and IT systems.
Monitor IT Security related ticket queues and facilitate customer communication and support.
Continue to grow IT Security knowledge regarding security best practices, concepts, and technologies.
Work independently, exercising initiative and good judgement.
Facilitate and document IT Security processes and procedures.
Analyze data and draw logical conclusions.
Plan, organize, track and coordinate work to meet deadlines.
Follow oral and written instructions.
Respect and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Work effectively and efficiently with team members and customers to improve overall security posture of the organization.
Create reports and metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of IT Security program and processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Security or equivalent years of experience required.
Comptia Security+ desired.
Identity and access management experience in an Information Security or related discipline (i.e. Information Technology, Privacy, or Compliance) required.
Experience with identity access technologies and practices.
Experience with access control for enterprise applications (i.e., directory services, identification,...
