A long time ago the Earth had no land and was only one big mass of water. There was a very strong god named Eric. Eric was very powerful and he gained control of everything and anything that happened in the seas. He carried around a large gold trident to enforce laws and protect the creatures of the sea from any danger. He knew all about the water and one day when he was at the depths of his daily dives in the ocean he went deeper than any god had ever gone.
When Eric went on this dive he carried the trident down because it could still reflect the light coming from the sun. With the reflection he noticed that there might be an end to the waters, which is the opposite of what all other gods said since they thought the waters would always be infinite. He went down and stood on the ocean floor and noticed it was soft and Eric tried to pull it up but it just slipped out of his hands when he tried to bring it to the top. He was frustrated after many tries to prove there was more then water but he had nothing to show for it.
He went to bed that night thinking of ways to show everyone he wasn’t lying, so he slept on it and hoped he would have a dream to see the answer. The next morning he thought of it! He went down to the ocean floor and thrust his trident into the ground. He used all his strength and pulled as hard as he could and he lifted the ground up. On this ground there was life and once it made contact with the sun plants and animals and The Earth came to be how it is today.
