Part 1: Watch and Analysis

Professional Law Firm
After reviewing the slide, I concluded that the individual was indeed professional. In the photo the first thing I noticed was the individual represented good character and a very well self presentation with a nice smile and nice tall posture. It feels welcoming and appropriate to look at and makes me feel like he is a professional. Also next thing I noticed he was well groomed. No facial hair at all and also his hair looked combed and neat. Lastly his clothing seems extremely professional for his career, wearing a nice suit that is fitted well and very clean. A white shirt with a yellow tie I think goes ok with the dark colored suit. Anything too bright would probably draw attention to wear it shouldn’t be and may appear a bit unprofessional.
I really didn’t see anything unprofessional about this photo. If I had to change a thing it would probably be the tie he is wearing with the suit. I think it’s a nice tie and I have nothing against yellow but I think brighter colors in professional law are not so professional. I don’t mean to say be dark and gloomy but if different shades of colors are worn it should be a soft shade of the color. In the picture the yellow did not seem too bright so I think it could pass as ok.
Part 2: Personal Reflection and Connection
My current profession is a paralegal. My main goal in life is to become an attorney but I will focus on the paralegal for this discussion. After researching, seeing first hand and also speaking with other professionals in my career field I found out some very interesting information about appropriate attire for a paralegal. Like an attorney, a paralegal that works in a law office or any other professional office should be well groomed. Also one of the best attire to wear as a paralegal is quite obviously a suit.
