Executive Summary

The Curbishly Royal hospital, like most healthcare organizations, is facing significant pressure to reduce costs, increase productivity, decrease on-site follow up care and ultimately increase revenue and profitability.

In an article (SAP 2007), funding quality and growth has to be the result of more innovation and efficiency at all levels of business operations.
