HUMAN RESOURCE STRATEGY MANAGEMENT FOR UNIT – give direction to unit in all aspects of Strategic HR to enable unit achieve business targets
General- Assessing impact on Human Resource for future business direction.
General- Setting Unit Human resource objectives and strategy unit.
HRS- Setting and monitoring Performance Measures for Human Resource Activities and establishment of robust, flexible and transparent HR systems and processes.
