A01 Futurama Website Proposal
Introduction
This proposal is to create a new theme park called futurama. It will utilise many modern features to appeal the youth. It will increase the park’s popularity.
Purpose
The purpose is to advertise the theme park to potential customers and more importantly make customers aware of the opening times, ticket prices, food restaurant outlets also the different rides in the theme park. It will also show the theme parks features in an attractive way suitable enough for the target audience and also there will be a feedback page where people can ask questions and give some feedback about the website. Included on the website will be a map of how to get to the theme park, including written directions and the address so customers can reach the destination with ease.
Aim
I aim to encourage potential customers to visit the theme park and also to increase the popularity of the theme park. I also aim for the website to reduce the amount of staff time needed to answer questions or queries from the customers instead of using telephone; there will be a feedback page where customers can ask their questions.
This will increase awareness of Futurama and the different offers available and to deliver a realistic expectation to the customer of what is on offer. It will also allow customers to share the website with others and discuss the park, increases to the park and make people more likely to visit, using such things as social networking, as much of my audience is of the right age to be using it.
Audience
I hope to appeal to people aged 7 to parents both male and female of all nationalities, the park will offer many rides to suit all ages. But mainly for the younger ages of 7 to the older ages of 40. This park is designed to welcome all new customers and has rewards and discounts for returning customers. The park is aimed at middle to upper class families and people with a low to mid budget.
