I started working as a volunteer for my city that summer. I did this because all my life I’ve always loved helping people and serving and giving back in any way I can. I thought that if I became a volunteer for my city I would be able to achieve that goal. But the opportunity exceeded even my own personal expectations. Being a volunteer for Kharkiv enabled me :)
I have a lot of skills. One is I'm very athletic. I love sports whether I'm watching them or playing them. I am also a very determined, and hardworking kind of person, I know what I want and I try my hardest to get it. Another special skill that I have is that I am a very cheerful person. I'm also a very good dancer. I am a student at Pedagogical Faculty, so I really like children.
I enjoy volunteering because it gives me the opportunity to meet new people, to learn and understand new things, and to pass on my knowledge and experiences to others. I feel a great sense of accomplishment from building relationships, experiencing various cultures and developing my leadership skills. I want to help everyone who needs my help.
As I said earlier, I very like children, because I am a student at Pedagogical Faculty, so I can and know how to work with kids, how to direct them to the right path, how to explain and teach something useful. And most importantly, how to discover their hidden talents and to show that our people are united and we should always help each other. I want to be a volunteer in your country.
