It does nothing for the community and is no good for anyone except for the
manipulating companies.
Advertising aimed at children should be banned.

To define this topic; advertising aimed at children should be banned,
states that companies should stop targeting children from ages ranging
from 5-16 with their product promotions

Most parents and teachers would agree when I state that advertising
aimed at children should be banned because the children could become
addicted to the product and would not focus on more important things
in life such as studying and having fun outside. European research shows some
interesting facts. For example children watch TV between 2 to 4 hours per day and even longer in winter. And in UK children watch about 18 000 commercials per year.
This means that the influence of advertising on children is very high.

It is also believed that if advertising is aimed at children, the child might
not be able to get the certain product and other children might tease him or
her because they do not own the product. Bullyonline.org proved that
different types of bullying are caused by being different and not having same things as other kids.

Many advertisements manipulate and influences children to buy thing that
are not healthy or useful.No one gains anything except the companies promoting their product. According to Time magazine McDonald logo is recognized by children even by small children who are only 3 years old! Big consumption of fast food from early age leads
to an obesity problem later in life.

Due to manufacturing of goods lot’s of people can get their hands on
different products. And if it is advertised that certain places have the goods
it will influence children to go to that certain place,which might not be safe or suitable for them. For example advertising in UK on toys and games has risen to 150 million pounds.
