Facebook vs. Twitter

Social Networks are vital in life as far as networking and keeping up with old friends. Also, since technology is a huge impact, social networks are significant to help businesses and education advance in society. Face book and Twitter are successful social networking businesses that differ in interaction with founders, purpose and celebrities.
Facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg, Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz, and Chris Hughes. They all attended Harvard at the time and the intention for Face book was for Harvard students to interact and get to know to each other. The original name of Face book was Face mash which was initially intended for Harvard students, but soon became the largest social network in the world with over 1 billion users. From 2003- 2007, Facebook went through changes and lawsuits but with the help of Sean Parker and Peter Thiel, finally made for all people at least 13 years old, with an email address. Mark Zuckerberg, who was born May 14, 1984, is known as an Internet entrepreneur and American computer programmer. He has been named among the 100 wealthiest and most influential people in the world by Time magazine's Person of the Year. He was a billionaire by 2007 and he was only 23. A movie that was created based off Facebook occurred in 2010.
Twitter was founded by Jack Dorsey, who was born November 19, 1976, is an American web developer and businessman. The company was originally named Obvious, which was then spun off into Twitter, Inc. Jack met Odeo in the beginning stages of creating Twitter and used Short Message Service among friends and it worked perfectly. The three principles Jack Dorsey established for his company are simplicity, constraint and craftsmanship.
The purposes are completely different for Facebook and Twitter because they were made at different times and look different from each other. Facebook is for associating with current friends and reuniting with old ones....
