Abstract
In order to grow the business, Kathy Kudler needs to hire an operations manager for Kudler Fine Foods. Kathy spends entirely too much time running the business and needs to focus more on the activities that can grow the business. In this customer-oriented business, Kathy needs to be able to interact with the customers to help promote customer loyalty, which can increase sales. Kathy needs someone to handle the day-to-day tasks of running the business so she can focus more on doing what she does best and can work towards growing her business. The person whom Kathy hires to help her needs to be an operations manager with experience in retail grocery stores, or ideally, experience in retail gourmet stores. Even though an operations manager’s salary is a significant expense, Kudler Fine Foods should hire an operations manager because Kathy needs to grow the business and she spends too much time...
