Determining Your Perfect Position
I currently work in the logistics of Naval Military Operations; and as a valued veteran employee, I am more partial to leadership that make important decisions about what to do and how to do it through the use of interactive process involving many different people who influence each other. I believe the role that I will be most effective in is on the inspection team that scrutinizes financial usage and allocations of military funds or accounts. I enjoy analyzing financial statements, catching the bad guys and improving systems. According to the Disc Platinum Style Assessment result, I am highly conceptual, systematic and detail investigating. However, it also reveals that I am intolerant of ambiguity and I need to work on my emotional intelligence. Meaning, I need to work on my people skills.
Basic Business and Personality Formation

Specifically, starting a business has many advantages and disadvantages. Regardless, the idea of opening a commercial cleaning business sounds practical. The name of the entity is 1st Class Cleaning Services. The vision for the business is “We have world-class to achieve extraordinary results”. Certainly, research shows that sole proprietorship, partnership and corporation each have their advantages and disadvantages. However for practical reasons, my hypothetical business basic formation would have to be a partnership. A partnership is easily formed; in addition, a partnership may operate in more than one state without obtaining a license to do business. Nevertheless, there are many business concepts to consider when creating a business. One must consider the legal and regulatory implications in modifying a business. Second, one must select professional(s) to rely upon for business advice. Finally, one must choose which legal entity would best suit the entity.
