My Weight Lifting Experience
At one time in my life there was this kid I knew that was skinny, and pale, and wasn’t too happy about himself. This kid was me, I was so shy I couldn’t even go up to a girl, I didn’t play sports either so I didn’t know many people at all. Every day was pretty much the same get up get ready and go to the place I hated the most school. I would then set there all day alone getting homework, and since I have a very low attention span it was very hard to accomplish things like school, unless it was something I wanted to do and loved. Dedication was never an issue with me I can pretty much put my mind to anything and do it; school on the other hand was a whole different ball game. I wasn’t to crazy about school just because of the fact I didn’t have very many friends and I hated the work. My freshman through sophomore year I just played halo 2, a video game for xbox. I was good I attended 2 major league gaming competitions and took 3rd place each time. Those days I was weighing about 120 and wasn’t in the greatest of shape. Slowly I began doing abs I remember every sweat dripping crunch, but it was worth it. I also began running I soon after 2 months began seeing my abs, and soon all my hard work was working out. Then I started watching Ronnie Coleman videos and I think that’s what inspired me most to start lifting and getting bigger. I started around the end of my sophomore year, and not only was it making me feel good about myself, but I also got A good feeling from it which is what bodybuilders like to call the pump you can feel the blood rushing intensely down your blood stream into every muscle. I started eating a lot more also and I didn’t notice that much of a big mass increase but still some, and I put on about 6 pounds of muscle within 2 months which seemed like forever.
