OBJECTIVES OF THE REPORT

 Analyse the data collected from the sample using a Multiple Discriminant Analysis in Statistica.
 Draw conclusions on how accurately the customers/respondents are classified according to their level of loyalty.
 Make recommendations on the aspects of business that need special focus in order for the Nandos Group Ltd to improve their customer retention.

2. INTRODUCTION

The Nando’s Group Ltd. has approached the stats 3022F (Research & Survey Statistics) class of 2007 to undertake a study assessing the loyalty levels of its customers. Although the group has achieved significant success with its Nando’s food outlets, it realizes that competition in the fast food industry is tough, and being an ambitious company, it wishes to know how best it can retain current customers, and capture an even greater market share.
The question that needs to be answered is: how loyal are Nando’s customers, and which factors determine their level of loyalty?
