Exercise, Nutrition, and overall health
I can admit that for my age I’m in overall good health. I mean I do have a little tummy which I could lose but I don’t exercise. I just feel tired all the time and when I do feel like doing something I do it. I feel like if I work that should be enough exercise or walking up and down stairs four times a day is also exercise. I work at an assisted living which I do a lot for the elderly. I don’t know what people consider health meals but I eat meat vegetable and grains. I lack with the pops though I can drink four Pepsi a day. I can’t see myself drinking water unless it very cold.
Nutritional Health Strategies
One strategy I will implement will be that I could eat less carbs and I could get more fruits. I could eat less carbs by not eating rice and pototoes I could cut down on that. I do eat a lot of baked foods instead of fried foods. I can also plan on consuming more fruits.
Exercise Strategies
I believe if I become more active am one half of my weight loss plan. I could be active two days a week and one day the next week but that won’t peel away all these pounds. In order to see results I must be consistently be active. I have to gradually work up to being active for 30, 60, or 90 minutes a day. I have to schedule activity time so I can be consistent. I have to allow myself flexibility with this routine
A well balanced diet and doing regular exercises can affect your body in a good matter. If you exercise and eat well and have proper sleeping habits it makes your body feel 10 times better. It helps your mind function better. Another way is eating breakfast in the morning they always say breakfast is the most important meal of the day I believe it helps because it wakes your brain up. But if I don’t eat then I can’t focus on my school work I can even eat a snack something to give that boost of energy.
