Sequence Pattern – I sometime do use this pattern as a use first level because I do like clear directions as to what I am supposed to do and what is expected but at the same time I do have the habit of starting something without clearly understand all the instructions. I want to jump in get started which often lead to mistakes being made.
Precise Pattern – I definitely use this as needed because I don’t ask questions unless I feel the need to because I don’t understand but at the same time I don’t like someone giving me a long drawn out explanations as to how to do something. I rather you get to the point so I can get started on the job, project or whatever the task maybe. On my job my work is very routine and it does get boring to me at times doing the same thing every week in the same order but at the same time it works for what I do and my manager is pleased at the end of the day.
Technical Pattern – This is my avoid pattern I don’t concern myself a lot with how things work or try and take thigs apart if its broken I am one to throw it away or get a new one. I do enjoy work alone most to the time depending on the task. In school when it came to projects I preferred to work as a team then along.
Confluence Pattern – I am not a risk taker especially if it’s not necessary and I follow the rules because If there were no rules to go by then there would be complete chaos. I use confluence as needed because I do the same thing over and over even though I get bored but I don’t make any changes.
I think I am a mixture of all these patterns in some way they all seem to fit me on some level:
Sequence – I want clear directions.
Precise – I like test results and I like to be accurate and correct.
Technical – I like to work by myself and I like to know what is the purpose of what I am doing.
