The people who believe in God, most likely believe in the Bible. The Bible is something that is trusted by and worshiped by all Catholics. But, what are they actually worshiping? The Bible is written by many different authors, all whom probably throw their own little piece of mind into it sometimes changing or m=giving there version of a story. The Bible is a collection of passages passed on generation to generation. Everyone has been adding his or her own little passage to it. According to the Bible God created us. There is no logical hard evidence to back up this theory. We do not have anybody to ask about this, it is simply just a belief. I believe we are people of doubt; meaning that we do not believe something is true unless we actually see it for ourselves. This is something that we will never see for ourselves, and therefore we cannot prove. This is going to be an ongoing argument that will never be solved, because it cannot be proven.
There is a theory that goes against the existence of God being the creator of earth and it is a more scientific theory called evolution. The theory of evolution says that we have all evolved from something and we did not just come about. Charles Darwin had a theory of survival of the fittest. He said that when an organism is placed in an environment we learn to adapt to some traits for survival. It is simple those who are most fit to survive in an environment will, and the ones who are not will die off. This is how many believe we came about and so called 'evolved'. I think that evolution should be taught in the classroom, because it is not a religion that we are dealing with. It is simply a focus of science that we have to know about, but it is up to us to accept it or not.
