The common dry type magnetic separation equipment: dry type weak-magnetic magnetic separator (iron removal and magnetic pulley), dry type strong-magnetic magnetic separator (permanent-magnetic roller magnetic separator and electromagnetic iron removing machine). The dust removal, stone crusher plant cost which has two types: electromagnetic type and permanent magnetic type, is used to clear the iron bulk and iron chips out of materials. The magnetic pulley can be divided into fixed suspension type and belt suspension type. It is used to beneficiate the strongly magnetic materials with a size of 10-120mm and can select surrounding rock out of ore materials, thus reduce raw ore dillution. The magnetic pulley is commonly used to beneficiated materials after coarse crushing and before grinding. The main purpose is to select the useless rocks out and improve the ore grade of materials which enter into grinding equipment. So the machine's working load and grinding cost is reduced. The grinding cost accounts for 60-70% of the whole beneficiation process. While dry type magnetic separator can reduce tailings by 15-20% in advance.
Permanent magnetic cylindrical separator is a commonly used wet type separator and can be divided into three kinds according to its layout of bottom box and flowing of products: downstream type, countercurrent type and semi-countercurrent type. The semi-countercurrent type is the most commonly used. The magnetic dewatering tank has features like simple layout, crusher in cement plant no working components, convenient maintenance and operation, big handling capacity and no electromagnetic consumption.
