ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

The purpose of this bill is to prevent all and any illegal immigration into the U.S. by setting up border patrol. Furthermore, this bill will abolish all illegal immigrants already residing in the U.S. also to make harder laws on illegal immigrants so they either leave the country or are taken out by force.
To protect our borders from illegal immigrants, the government shall set up border patrol. Border patrol shall consist of citizens of the United States. Citizens are subjected to at least 1 week of border patrol per year. The citizen shall have the benefit of paying lower taxes and other health benefits. Border patrol has power to push illegal immigrants back by using non-lethal weapons and wearing bullet proof vest. The government shall pay for the transportation to the border, food, and arms. Border patrol and government officials have power and right to dispossess or expel any illegal immigrants and also to check for any legal documents with a warrant. This illegal immigrant shall pay for his transportation to his country of origin, and pay an additional price of $100.
The population illegal immigrant that refuses to leave the U.S. shall be forced to leave either by force or by forcing the companies they work for to dispossess them. If they decide to live in the streets after they lose their house, they shall be offered the chance to be taken back to their country in exchange for community service. The National Guard shall over watch the field of illegal immigration from overseas. The National Guard shall ask the government for extra force to help keep our borders safe. The penalty of illegal immigration overseas is either 1) community service without pay or 2) they can sail back home. One exception to this bill however is refugees.
