Literally, eating means eat. I guess all of you figure that out. Disorder means unorganized, disarray, and messy. Hence, does eating disorder suppose to be eating messily? Or with unorganized plate wares?
So, by the help of Mr. Google, he define eating disorder as a syndrome of an individual who are super cautious of his/her body weight and shape that lead them to a unhealthy diet or habit such as fingering your throat to vomit out your food forcefully.
Eating disorder is dangerous. I might say fatal to those who are still not aware they are having this syndrome and continue the unhealthy habit. Most cases involve women since women are known to be always in par with the trend to be in ideal figure A.K.A not fat. Yup, fat is the nightmare word for any women. So, for today, my focus is to you, my female friends, who are highly more risked and to you, my male friends, since you might have girlfriends, sister, or friends who are affected by this syndrome. I do hope you guys can be lighten up after this with the right methods or guidelines in advising those who are having eating disorder.
There are three ways in assisting someone who are having disorder which are by approaching them, seeking for professional help and providing a good role model for them.

APPROACH
When approaching your loved ones who might have to deal with eating disorder, inform them that you are open to listen and discuss his/her weight and shape dilemmas without being judgmental or skeptical. Assure them they can trust you although this might take some patience and time if they are taking defensive side on this matter. Because who will admit they are having eating disorder publicly since for them this might be a shameful thing for them. Hence, it is always recommended to approach them privately, and with the right timing. Let me define wrong timing, it is all related to mental and emotion condition, for examples: when they just had a roar or in a bad mood, when they are stressed out, or...
