Although I am aware many challenges lie ahead, I trust the education I will gain in my MBA will strengthen my skills and give me the competence necessary to flourish in business. Patricia Schafer notes “a good leader is also skilled at strategic thinking, able to make a vision a reality, and able to confront change, make transitions, and envision new possibilities for the future,” (2006). I have confidence that the knowledge and insight I will achieve from pursuing my MBA will allow me to be an excellent business leader and will maximize my ability to manage and secure the success of my prospective business.
