Introduction
Due to the fact that human beings lives consist of ups and downs, every single person has to deal with personal problems once in a while. These daily problems affect people´s lives in every facet of it: family life, partnership and certainly their employment. Due to the fact that our society is extremely fast moving these days, many people are barely able to handle all the tasks they have to fulfill every day. They do not only have to function in their jobs they also have to comply some other duties just as being a good husband, father or friend. This all ends up in the fact that today many people run out of margin in their lives. They usually have nobody to turn to during their hard times in live. (Steve Cook, 2009) Consequently more and more companies want to put things right by implementing a “Chaplain Assistance Program”.
