INT. neighborhood centre. Morning.

There is a neighborhood centre with a lot of chairs. Joe enters and moves them in a group facing each other. They must be in a perfect circle with the right spacing or he will not be pleased. Rusty enters and starts to put chairs randomly. Joe starts to get annoyed and moves back and forth. He heads toward Rusty stops and looks at him then goes back to chairs. All he can see is the chairs that are out of alignment so he goes back and forth again looking frustrated. Meanwhile Rusty starts to chew some lollies and puts the papers on the floor. Joe runs to get a waste paper bin and puts it near Rusty. Rusty chews his lolly. Joe goes back to the chairs. Rusty opens more and goes to throw them on the other side away from the waste paper bin. Joe rushes to grab the bin but Rusty stops and holds on to it smiling. Enters Annie. She is picking at her fingers and her hair is messy. She runs to the closest chair and holds onto the seat to stop picking at her fingers. Rusty gets near her and looks at her nervously. Annie sees how he has placed the chairs and moves her chair to fit his circle. Joe finishes what he is doing and then paces back and forth between Rusty and Annie. He walks to the back of the room, makes grunting sounds and starts to hit his head with his hands. He calms down and then returns. Rusty doesn't move. He walks up the back of the room again, sits on the floor and rocks back and forth then returns again. He starts making load moaning sounds and hits his hands in a clapping motion. Annie sits and holds the chair tighter. Annie glances at Rusty and Joe. She stands and starts to pick at her fingers. Annie grabs her chair and puts it close to Joe so it faces a new direction. She then moves another chair and starts to hold Rusty by the hand to make him sit down. He pulls his hand away but sits down. Annie arranges the other chairs to design a new pattern to please both Rusty...
