Training is a very intricate part of an organizations development. Having your employees understand the knowledge to function in their job, it can enhance the performance of the employees and the organization as well. Training design are important factors of training, and for growth of the organization. The effectiveness of the organization can depend on the competence of the employees. Training presents a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of all employees, but many employers find the development opportunities expensive. Despite the potential drawbacks, training and development provides both the company as a whole and the individual employees with benefits that make the cost and time a worthwhile investment. A training program allows you to strengthen those skills that each employee needs to improve. A development program brings all employees to a higher level so they all have similar skills and knowledge.
In training an employee for organization, there are some signs to look for in that employee, which are being able to overcome weakness, having an employee performance improvement, consistency and job satisfaction. Training does play a very important role in organizational development and by training we are able to enhance the skill of the employees and help to reduce the cost and time of the organization. It plays a vital role from in organizational development by achieving objects of the employees as well as objectives for the organization.
