1.1 Summary

The purpose of the document is to provide the Tetra Pak Technical Service organisation with necessary information and material regarding Field Service Engineer Certification.

Key message
The service engineers’ competence has high impact on line performance of our customers’ equipment. The FSE certification secure that the FSE has the right competence to maintain a line correctly and in a uniform way according to global standard requirements. The FSE certification process will drive towards a World Class Service Organisation and will increase Customer Satisfaction.

Description

The certification consists of three (3) parts:

• Written assessment
• Assessment dialogue
• Performance assessment

The certification, performed in English, is the same for all Market Companies.
