i think the first issue is the lack of trust from senior managment
first, they fours guys just walked around asked questions
instead of asking peterson
JeN says:
YES
i put that too
hahaha
Charles Law says:
and then, when dash talked to peterson, they other three guys didnt pay attention
simply speaking, they dun give a sh*t to peterson
JeN says:
yes
Charles Law says:
he is useless in their eyes
JeN says:
i put this is the major problem
no trust
just take his power away from him
Charles Law says:
if they dun trust, why would they hire him as GM? so weird
JeN says:
they don't trust him at all
so what can erik do to deal with this problem le?
Charles Law says:
oh also, i felt jenkins had pre-interpretation of jenkins even b4 he visited. he said he "detected a lack enthusiam" about the wonderful turn-on soon to come

Charles Law says:
thatz pretty true too
he could have planned things ahead
JeN says:
yea...so i put these two ja..do you think it's okay?
what about your other problems?
Charles Law says:
but green is peterson's boss??
JeN says:
yes
but peterson is not sure what he is supposed to do when green is here
he just let green do whatever he wants
Charles Law says:
well but he reports to him so he had no authority
JeN says:
but he can still provide insightys
Charles Law says:
i think the third problem is his relationship with green
JeN says:
intead of just follow?
like providing constructive comments
Charles Law says:
yea he could have made green understand the situation better
JeN says:
because...
