Companions. Friends. Acquaintances. No matter how you say it, it means the same thing. It is a strong bond held between people, showing a strong feeling of compassion. To some, friendship is the most important thing in the world, whereas others are struggling to find it. It can create best friends, but also make you lose some. It is the ultimate giver, but it also reminds you that it can take away. This quote really popped out at me because of the power it radiates. It reminds me how important friendship is to me, for example my good friend Jack, as Athena was to Telemakhos. I understand how valuable companionship has really been throughout the years, especially in the example of Athena giving Telemakhos courage, and specifically when my friends have helped me out in sticky situations of my own.
