Ethics in Action There are three main types of business systems, feudalism, mercantilism, and capitalism. All three systems are associated with either an ethical or mutual position.
Feudalism is the business system in which one class of people controls the property rights to all valuable resources, including people. In this system laborers receive more and more rights and rewards. However, people with little or no power were motivated highly to work and increase productivity of land. For example, land owners would charge workers rent to work per year, based on how the workers produced or sold. Mercantilism is the system in which products are traded across markets and transported again, to be sold at an even higher market price. This puts people in a bad decision having to pay more of less of what the product sells, but it's the way the system is set up and generated. The labor is very unethical by selling one thing for the price of two but merchants' get over all the time in this effort. Capitalism is the owning of resources and using them to engage in production. Also by trading and distributing the goods and services make up capitalism. The business has the right as well as feudalism to charge labor workers rent for their supply and demand. Capitalist put greater demands on labor. There are always opportunities to be hired for the system which in the early times meant very low pay for their labor. Another reason hundreds of workers were hired was that factory jobs need very little skills required to be employed. During the cause the average workers' wage fell and were forced to work longer, harder hours. Labor conditions were poor and workers ranged from men to even children, which now is a prohibited law.
In these business systems I do believe that all of are ran by some sort of theme simply because the organizations have a main function and goal. Dramatically, treatments improve from then to now. Labor laws are now abided by...
