Evaluation Essay: The Red Lobster

My favorite restaurant to dine is Red Lobster. Red Lobster is a popular restaurant chain that offers a wide variety of seafood dishes. The Red Lobster chain is causal price and affordable for the average individual. I love the experience of dining at the Red Lobster due to the fact that the atmosphere is welcoming, the food is great, prices are affordable, and the service is excellent. Based on my most recent visit to the restaurant I maintain that it lives up to the expectations of its guests.
Red Lobster is “committed to quality”, this commitment is important to me because the safety standards have being recognized as being the best in the industry. The casual attire allowed me to feel relaxed like I was at home. It was loud at times but gave me the feeling of being with a large family eating great food at home and having a good time. The walls had very decorative décor and made me feel like I was in a Seafood marketplace. Driving into the oversized parking lot, I noticed all the landscaping and how well it was maintained. I found the restaurant overall very well maintained and clean although the floors were a little on messy leading to the kitchen’s exit.
Red Lobster offers a wide variety menu of Seafood specialties. First I started off with an appetizer. I ordered the “create a sampler” where you can set up two or three different appetizers on one plate. Next were the soup or salad, and cheesy bread while I was taking a look at the menu. It contained a wide range of lobster, shrimp, crab, and different types of fish. The meal I ordered was the admiral’s feast entree, which gave me four of my favorite foods all on the same palter. It came with shrimp, lobster, Salmon and baked potato. I was very satisfied with my appetizer; the all you can eat salad and cheesy bread, and of course the Admiral feast.
