1. Introduction Our company, Zen plastics is a manufacturer of moulded plastics products for both the consumer and trade market. We produce a range of packaging and display materials for ten major business customers and a wide range of storage boxes, kitchen and bathroom accessories and a small range of furniture items for the consumer market. Currently we only operate in our home market but now we are looking for new ways in which to grow and compete. As your consultant, in this report I’m going to advise Zen Plastics Company for future decision making and international strategy. It’s important to consider if our business is ready and to be sure that we understand exactly what exporting entails before we start. Exporting consumes time and money, and requires strong management commitment.
