Through the last century’s the way people bring up there family have changed. In the past it used to be were the families were started at a very young age. The women were getting married in there teen age years, while there were husbands where a few years older than them or five to even 15 years older than they were. Even so with the age different they were together through out there whole life. So are the times went on how the family were made things were changed in many different ways. The mothers were housewives for a many years until the later years, in 1963 things had changed for the woman to be work and have equal rights. This made changes for the woman of those days. The woman were still not sure of going out and getting work due to the fact they were raised to be a housewife instead of going out and having a job. Yet at this time most woman were not getting pregnant as they started too in the early 1980’s. These women were starting to live more by themselves then with the man. Yet there where women that wanted to get married for the fact of becoming pregnant. So there were many marriages there were started for the fact of the baby.

While this is still happing in these years, it is not happening like it was. Woman would rather live with their partner rather than getting married to start a family. Even with the couples not being married and they become pregnant the couples do not always feel as if they need to get married for the baby. While couples that do not get marriage most of the time they are together longer then couples that get married due to a baby coming. I know that some of the things I have read it remind me of what I did in my life. I can say in 2002 I moved in with my boyfriend at the time and shortly after we moved in together we ended up pregnant. When we found out we were going to have a baby we started to talk about getting married. The thing is I realized it was not a reason to get married. I knew that I needed to wait and see how...
