Fast Food in our life.
Talking about Fast Foods, at the current time, our life moves very fast, because of the fact that people don’t like to waste time on their breakfast, dinner, lunch and other some things. They always have their meals out of or in their offices. With this kind of new custom, fast food increasing in popularity. But, it is obvious has two sides, that is, advantages and disadvantages. Similarly, it is possible to say that fast foods include both of negative and positive effects.
There is no doubt that one of the most obvious advantages of fast food is that people could find fast food anywhere. Therefore fast food is very convenient and people could go to the restaurant or store and buy whatever they want, then packet them in a paper bag and go back to work. People don’t have to clean any dishes after eating.
Secondly, fast food can help people to save a lot of time, that’s why people don’t need to spend an hour in cooking. In my mind this reason is very important for us.
As I have mention above, it is essential to say that, fast food also includes negative effects too. For instance, fast food leads to that high fat ingredient are plentiful. Because cheese, fried chicken or fish, bacon, French fries, mayonnaise and “special souses” have high amounts of calories.
In conclusion, it is essential to say that, people can eat fast food but not every day or every time!
