The effect of foreign Direct Investment
Introduction
In the first part, this report will start with an introduction of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). FDI is a cetegory of international investment that reflects the objective of a resident in one economy (the direct investor) obtaining a lasting interest in an enterprise resident in another economy (the direct investment enterprise) (Patterson et al., 2004). In addition, it occurs when a firm invests resources in business activities outside its home country (Hill et al., 2012).
Globalization
The process of increased integration and co-operation of different national economies becoming increasingly inter-related and integrated. (Pettinger, 2012)
Globalization refers to the shift toward a more integrated and interdependent world economy. Globalization has several facets, including the globalization of markets and the globalization of production (Hill et al., 2012).

1.Power distance (PDI)
Thailand has the score of 64/100 compare with Singapore 74/100. This means some people from Singapore has higher power and person having the power to command the people who are under the influence.
2.Individualism (IDV)
The score of Thailand is equal to Singapore that is 20/100. This means the people from Thailand and Singapore want to be in group more than stay alone.
3.Masculinity
