It is the understanding of the city of XXXXXXX and its employers that the issues of sexual harassment, cultural diversity, etc be understood by all employees.
The City of XXXXXXX Fire Department has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for such issues.
Further training and discussion will follow this memo. Please consider all information listed below and review appropriate policies and discuss these issues and others amongst your crews and peers in preparation for the forthcoming training.
