Company G has long been a leader in the electronics market. The engineers and designers at Company G have come up with a new line of small appliances that they believe that will be successful. This one-year marketing plan covers one of those new products, the Fridge Cooker. The Fridge Cooker will allow busy families to have nutritious well-balanced meals by allowing for the preparation of meals the night before and having those meals automatically cooked slowly the next day to be ready when everyone gets home.

The Fridge Cooker is a newly innovative slow cooker that not only cooks but keeps ingredients refrigerated until such time as the meal is ready to be cooked. Using a proprietary electronic timer and temperature control the cooker will refrigerate the uncooked food. The user simply sets the amount of time to cook the meal and what time to have it ready. The timer then calculates the appropriate start time, compensating for the coldness, and automatically starts cooking when appropriate. Consumers will be presented with an efficient way to have healthy well-balanced meals that are made with fresh ingredients without rushing to prepare in the morning or forgetting to place the ingredients in their slow-cooker before running out for their work day. This allows for more time to get their children off to school and have a proper breakfast themselves; leading to a healthier, less stressful life. The Fridge Cooker’s ability to provide consumers convenience through time saving and a higher quality of life through healthy living supports Company G’s mission statement.
