The Manager and his/her role

A Manager is “someone who coordinates and oversees the work of other people so that organizational goals can be accomplished” (Robbins & Coulter, 2012, p. 5). Each manager developed his own style of skill according to the different employees that he is responsible for, while follow the plan of action to complete the goals. A manager has to be constantly evaluating their skills and plan to follow in order to achieve the goals. Functional areas follow that plan that the manager presents to them, in turn, if they are unable to achieve those goals, then he/she must innovate his/her style and course plan. The importance of the managerial work in the functional areas is immeasurable, managers are dismissed if they are not achieving the goals that are expected by their company or business and/or earnings are not within the range accepted by their superiors.
