What is Generation Gap?
Generation Gap refers to the differences between a younger generation and their seniors. For example, it exists between parents and children, student and teachers, between siblings, and even at the workplaces. Each generation developed in a different period, with different living environment and with different ideals.


What creates Generation Gap? And Why?
There are several reasons that create the generation gap. Firstly, it’s lack of communication between two parties which the two generations may not have a proper channel to express each other’s feelings. Secondly the misunderstanding between two generation. Since the two generations had different living environment and atmospheres, they think different and they have their own ideas. Lastly, the inevitable progress of time and technologies makes the introduction of new ideas, new believes, and new values that are unavoidable.
