What makes the earth unique in its ability to support life as opposed to the other planets in the solar system is a stable temperature, lots of water, gases like oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide, there is also a thick atmosphere to protect living things from the suns UV rays. The importance of gases is to maintain life on earth. The foods that all organisms use are compounds of oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen atoms, these come from gases found in the atmosphere. There is also hydrogen that comes from water to help form food. The atmosphere protects the earth from meteors which are consumed by the friction caused by entering the atmosphere. The main message conveyed by the artist is that humans are arrogant animals that are destroying their planet. Humans know they are destroying their planet by burning oil but they are too arrogant to care. This message doesn’t really make me feel anything because I know people are arrogant and don’t care that their killing the planet.
