Abstract
The corporation, Global Communications is currently facing many challenges, many of who are detrimental to the company. This paper explores how the organization plans to tackles the financial, shareholder, and employee troubles that it presently faces and suggests solutions to the internal communication challenges that exist. All of these challenges and solutions are defined in the scope of a number of related texts, the interpretations of which are presented below.


Executive Summary
Over the past few years, Global Communications has undergone a number of significant changes. For example, within its eight years of existence it has grown from a fledgling start up to a well-respected giant within its industry. Considering its meager start, the organization has increased its stream of income 200 fold from an initial $2 million start to a $400 million conglomerate. Such growth has redefined the direction of the company, requiring it to develop a plan to obtain the additional funds that it needs to continue to grow and be a competitor within the industry. However, this redefinition has strained many relationships within the organization and the leadership behind such a radical repositioning has not provided the guidance needed for success.
After a careful analysis of the current relationship between the GeneOne’s organizational structure as it relates to its culture, the influence of this organizational structure on the internal power struggles and politics of the company, and the current leadership style as it relates to the changes on the horizon for the company, I have been able to develop various primary and alternative solutions that incorporate three key elements: organizational communication, emotional intelligence, and organizational commitment.
