Golf Improvement Plan

Golf for me is a funny thing. When I played high school golf but I never really took it seriously until my junior year. At that point my best round would be about 42-43 for 9 holes because that’s all we played in high school. On average day I would mostly likely shoot a 47-49. But when the golf season was over I would not play golf any more because I worked 2 jobs in the summer. Even though one of them was at a golf course I really never wanted to play after working a 8 hour shift. My senior year was the same way. But at least my senior year I would go play golf maybe 3 times a month with a few friends. The only time I really took golf seriously was during those 3 months of high school golf in the spring.
When I moved to Florida I played the most golf of my life besides when playing for my high school. I came down here to go to the Motorcycle Mechanic Institute, after a few weeks into this school I found out this was not the school for me. A friend I moved down here with stated at the golf academy in august and suggested I should check it out. It was the best idea. I could finally get to work on my golf game and become the player I know I can become. My scores started to get lower with some lessons. At first I had a baseball grip so the first thing that I had to change was that. After fixing my grip I used the v1 and found out that I need to take the club back a lot more then I did. So I worked on that for a few weeks until I got it to the point that I wanted it to be. The next part that I was working on is getting my swing plane steeper. During the time I was working on my swing plane, I was playing basketball one day and I hurt my back. I fell and one of the vertebras in my back got move out of place. All of the work I have put in to get to where I wanted to had suddenly disappeared because I could no longer swing the club in that fashion. I have been going to some physical therapy to get my back...
