Google Inc. is a global technology company focused on improving the ways people connect with information. Google is from the word 'googol' which means equal to 1 followed by 100 zeros and expressed as 10 ^ 100. Google play on word “Googol” reflects the company’s mission to organise the immense amount of information available on the web. Their slogan is 'Do not be evil'. Google Inc. was incorporated in September 4, 1998 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin , they can be known as 'Google guys'. On 19 August 2004, Google Inc. was initial public offered in NASDAQ. (Google homepage, 2012) The Company generates revenue primarily by delivering online advertising.(Thomson Reuters, 2012) After nearly 10 years, it is worth nearly 2500 billion US dollars and has became the second most valuable technology company in the world. There are over 30,000 employees in the company nowadays. They feel comfortable in it because the company provide meal to employees and chocolate, lazy balls and giant building blocks can be seen everywhere. We can make their products and services into three main parts: search services, software and online services and advertisements. Search services is the earliest service they had provided like the biggest search engine. It is also one of the earliest company for using cloud computer so that people can find their wanted information in less time. There is another search services which is called person finder. It is easier for people to find their friends or families' information. During the Boston marathon explosion and Ya'an earthquake, Google immediately released person finder for online exchanging the people's information they know in order to make people can know their families and friends' situation as soon as possible.
