Government Need Proper HRM Practice for their Better Attainment & National Develpoment
The quality of HRM in the public sector is so critical for government performance and national development. Where human resource are the main resource or asset for any countries there Bangladesh govement has remained problem with his human capital because of doesnt have any HRM practice in national development project even his digitalization project. It then emphasizes that governments need to embark on HRM reform from where they find themselves by laying solid foundations before moving on to more complex initiatives. Government should be highlights the importance of both political commitment and political feasibility for the success of HRM reform in the public sector to develop his national program and digitalization project. One of the measures of success of our Goverment is their responsiveness to the changing needs and circumstances of Bangladesh. They should learn how to work with afully elected legislature and how to deliver new and improved services demanded by a more affluent and sophisticated community. They should have become more open and accountable, and have committed themselve to specific standards of performance against which the public can gauge what they can and should expect from them. Such responsiveness and adaptability call for an enormous amount of resilience, dedication and skill from all of them. They must ensure that their human resource management (HRM) practices develop even further the commitment and performance of digitalization. HRM pracice covers the significance efficient management of human resources of any countries to enhance the government performance and national development to specify the structural or restructural features of state bureaucracies that enhance the economic growth, facilitate government performance and reduce poverty even to make a dynamic organization in this globalization era....
