We will engage our audience by giving them the information that they are looking for. I know that the older generation is going to want a personal approach on learning the A new diabetic program. The younger generation likes the electronic and mobile communication. If the older generation being at the top of everything. I think that sitting them down and explaining to them everything that is going on with the new program is going to help them understand everything.
We can’t just tell them one thing and think that they know what’s going on. They aren’t like the younger generation; younger generation is going to understand everything just by getting an email explaining everything. The younger generation will download an app to help them get the treatment that they need. The older generation wants everything explained to them, they aren’t going to understand anything if you just call them with the information.
We will make sure that the audience is given the information about the diabetic program that is being induced to them. Make sure that we have all the information that we will need to get to the audience. The new diabetic programs that we are offering are House Calls and Web-Coach. House calls are going to connect with them via telephone. Offering them other benefits, and for patients that have uncontrolled diabetes.
Web Coach is for patients over the age of 65 with uncontrolled diabetes, exercise programs, and peer coach. This way we know that everyone is getting the treatment that they need. The programs bring a lot to the patients, the patients aren’t going to have a problems understanding what’s going on in the new programs.
