My Health Initiative: Testing my Will Power

1. Eat clean healthy foods: raw, vegetables, and fruits.
2. Limit amount of carbs you have to eat: 2 servings per day
3. Only eat clean meat when necessary
4. Try to limit oil intake (ex.) scrambled eggs, stir fry vegetables
5. NO CHEESE
6. Limit dairy: Greek yogurt is okay
7. After 4pm don’t eat too much
8. Dinner is the LAST meal of the ENTIRE day—remember going to bed on full stomach does not feel good
9. BREAKFAST EVERY DAY
10. 2 liters of water from my water bottle; during meals drink glasses of water
11. No processed foods
12. Eat only ½ to ¾ on food on plate!!
13. Eat only until 80% full
14. Don’t break your will power when you see good food
15. Cheat meal only when with Peter

MORNING FOOD IDEAS:

1. Peanut Butter Banana Toast (1 carb)
2. Egg white English Muffin (1 carb)
3. Plain Oatmeal (1 carb)
4. Fresh Fruit
5. Egg white boiled and grape fruit

LUNCH FOOD IDEAS:
1. Make your own wrap (don’t eat the wrap) with fresh fruit
2. Make your own salad (eat only ¾)
3. Grilled Chicken (clean meat)
4. Hummus and vegetable stick with fruit
5. Greek Yogurt

Dinner Food Ideas:
1. Greek Yogurt
2. 3 pieces of fruit
3. Cooked Vegetables
4. Spinach and brown rice
5. Soup and Fruit

Snacks:
Fruit, nuts, fruit, fruit, fruit, vegetable sticks, fruit,
