So what does a good leader require as the posting show? Two important things are Responsibility and Qualification.
What do I have? I have organized a lot of activities with my co-workers, and I learn to fit in a team and solve problems quickly. To be sure, my former experiences exercise me to be independent and careful for each detail. I also have strong team skills, such as energy, enthusiasm, positive attitude and creativity. Besides this, I could communicate with others easily and could play a key role as a leader to manager every aspect well in advance. I could say that I know what is the leader’s responsibility. At last, I am young and I like to exercise. So it is easy for me to cycle daily with guests.
Then, what does the qualification contains? Now I am both a college student and a volunteer in my school. I have good education. Because our school is an international university, so I am good at English that I wouldn’t have communication barriers. Also I ever went to the poor areas to educate the kids and showed them my kindness. I have gone to the hospital to learn Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training and Current Basic First Aid. I also used my skills to have some try. All in all, I have strong desire to share education, discovery and fun, and I would show people my love.
