ADDENDUM A
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENT A STUDENT (THE COMPANY)

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. The COMPANY conducts a marketing consultancy business;

1.2. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all activations conducted by the COMPANY.


2. TRAINING

2.1. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall be required to attend regular training session(s) for the duration of the activation in order to ensure that they have full product knowledge of the brand/product and that this knowledge is continually updated.

2.2 Upon completion of any training the SERVICE PROVIDER will be required to write a product test and must obtain the pass rate required by the COMPANY’s client, failing which the COMPANY will terminate the activation for which the SERVICE PROVIDER was contracted.

2.3. The SERVICE PROVIDER will not be paid for any training where the SERVICE PROVIDER fails the product test, obtains a mark below the required pass mark, as outlined by the COMPANY’S client, or does not see out the contract.

3. STANDARDS AND EXPECTATIONS

3.1. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall at all material times be expected and required to:

3.1.1. Have full product knowledge of the brand/product for which they have been contracted in order to enable the SERVICE PROVIDER to communicate with the COMPANY’s clients/consumers with regards to the products features and benefits;

3.1.2. Actively approach consumers within the aisle, introduce them to the brand/product and educate them on the benefits of the brand/product;

3.1.3. Issue interested consumers with an information leaflet, if available;

3.1.4. Drive sales of the brand/product being activated. Inform consumers of any price specials, discount coupons, competitions, banded packs or give-aways that client may consider over the campaign period;

3.1.5. Maintain in-store displays, adequate stock levels and neatly merchandise the brand/product...
