In America it is a horrible thing to be gay. A person is actually considered less of a person if they are homosexual. It is absurd to think that a person is in their right state of mind when they think about having a sexual relationship with someone of the same sex. If America legalizes gay marriage then society as we know it will be over.
America has always rejected unnatural things. The American public has never accepted air conditioning, electronic banking, electricity or polyester and neither will they accept gay marriage. Legalizing gay marriage will also encourage other people to turn gay. When a straight person hangs out with a gay person it will make the straight person turn gay, just as a tall person shrinks when hanging out with a short person. It’s science.
It is clear that straight marriage is the only type of marriage that is consistent and never changes. Divorce is still illegal, blacks and whites aren’t allowed to marry, and women are still the property of men. If gay marriage is legalized how will society decide which spouse is the owner of the other? It just is not possible to decide in this day and time and most likely will never be.
Gay marriage would also make straight marriage less meaningful. If just anybody could get married then there would be at least a small percentage of affairs. In addition, gay marriages should be banned because children can’t be produced during sexual intercourse. In fact, infertile and old couples shouldn’t be able to marry either. Our orphanages aren’t full yet, and we definitely need more children in our nation since over-population is not an issue in America.
By legalizing gay marriage it is only obvious that the gay parents would raise gay children. Straight parents only raise straight children, so the pattern would definitely be the same with the gay parents.
