1. What are some of the strengths associated with the Pro side of the issue? What are some of the weaknesses?
When answering a question regarding the true nature of the woman’s decision that does not work vs. works. I think in the “Pro Side” is the one that believes it is indeed a woman’s choice to work and it is their choice not to work. “The Con Side” has made suggest that there are other elements that are causing the women to step out in the working field. The strength of the “Pro” argument side is the fact that nature is now on its side. Most women in today’s world have a mother instinct which makes them a strong and more active person in the family. Because of the decision a women makes to stay at home can be very easy for some of the women in today’s world. If the women does decide to go to work outside the home, she normally has other people like grandparents, nanny or school teacher to help raise the child. The down side to this is women have to competitive and fast paced modern days, working and having a successful career is a lot harder. Women in today’s world they want to be successful at work and at home. This is one reason mom’s choose to work at home. They say they have both fields and watch their children grow up too.







2. What are some of the strengths associated with the Con side of the issue? What are some of the weaknesses?
I would have to say one of the strength might suggest that there are more factors that help a woman to decision of staying a home instead of working outside the home. Even in the 21ST century woman are still not treated equally. This happens more in the work place than anywhere else. The men get more respect, professional and respect then a woman does. A lot of the times woman are just qualified for the job, if the woman qualifies more than a man they do not make the...
